What is the minimum order?
Our minimum is 12 pieces, and you can mix and match across any category - capes, aprons, robes, and shirts. Once you hit 12 pieces, custom branding is free.
How does the logo process work?
Upload your logo or describe what you want, and our team will prepare a clean mockup for your approval before anything goes to print. If you don't have a logo yet, describe your vision and we'll design one for you.
What print method do you use?
We use an industrial-grade DTF (direct-to-film) printing process. It bonds deep into the fabric, holds up through bleach and hot washes, and typically outlasts embroidery.
How long does production and shipping take?
Standard production is 3–4 weeks after you approve your mockups. Need it sooner? Rush production is 1 week for a flat $100 fee that cuts your order to the front of the line. Shipping is free within the US, and you'll get tracking the moment your order leaves our facility.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet - right now we only ship within the United States, and US shipping is free. Reach out to our team if you're outside the US and we'll let you know when international shipping opens up.
Can I see a sample before ordering in bulk?
Every 12-piece order includes our print-quality guarantee. If you're unsure, start with 12 pieces to see the quality firsthand, then scale up with volume discounts.
What are the bulk discount brackets?
12–23 pieces = free custom branding. 24–47 pieces = 10% off. 48–71 pieces = 15% off. 72–99 pieces = 20% off. 100+ pieces = 30% off. Discounts are applied automatically at checkout.
What is your return policy?
Because every order is custom-branded, we do not accept returns on printed items. If there is a defect or print error on our end, we will reprint and reship at no charge.
Can I reorder later with the same logo?
Yes. We keep your approved logo on file, so reordering is fast and easy. Just log in or reference your previous order when you contact us.
